Message Use a dremel with wire wheel brush heads.You may need a couple of wire wheel brushes per caliper. To help save life on them use a 3" brass wire wheel brush attachment on a 3/8" drill to knock off the heavy stuff first. When you buy the Dremel wheels you will see there are two types (can't remember if the one to get says for carbon or for stainless steel so I'll describe the one to get here) that look the same except the shaft on one is copper color and the shaft on the other is silver. Get the one with the silver color shaft. I tried the copper color one and it doesn't last long at all or do as good a job.
